[组成] :石决明、阿胶、麦冬、炒杭芍各9克，茜草、蒲
黄(醋炒)炙甘草、藕节、怀牛膝、白洋参(另煎兑服)
各6克，玄参、炙龟板各15克,牡蛎24克。
[用法] :水煎服。
[功效]:育阴潜阳,养肝滋木,益气生津,理血止血。
[主治] :牙宣(齿衄)。症见牙龈出血不止,脉芤大而空,舌紫红,面色咣白者。
[方解] :方中石决明入肝经, 可清肝热;麦冬、玄参、白洋参养阴,益气,生津;阿胶、赤芍、茜草、藕节凉血止血; 龟板、牡蛎养肝滋木。本方重在益气养阴,养血止血,主要治疗气阴两虚所致气不摄血的牙龈出血。
