[方源]验方选编
[组成]樟脑3克,川椒3克，细辛2克。
[用法]上药研为极细末，放铜勺内，用茶盅盖严， 稠面封固四周，勿令透气。放入微火上煅烧，约15-20分钟，移地候冷，揭开则霜药俱在茶盅底，入瓷器收贮。取少许霜药塞痛处。
[功效]消肿止痛。
|主治]龋齿牙痛，风火牙痛。
[方解]龋齿中医认为系“肥甘湿热，化生牙虫”所致。其痛遇冷热咸酸刺激即可作痛，牙齿蛀坏有浅深不同，浅者齿黑有空洞，深者可达牙髓。治当杀虫为主。本方中樟脑、川椒、细辛3药均有较好的镇痛作用，且有一定的杀虫作用。

[方源](中医喉科学讲义》
[组成]金银花30克,连翘、生地各15克,牛蒡子、知母各9克,鲜竹叶6克，薄荷、绿豆衣各3克。
[用法]水煎服。
[功效]疏风清热,凉血解毒。
|主治]牙龈肿痛，腮肿而热，口渴，舌红，脉浮数。
|方解]方中金银花、薄荷为清热解毒之要药;连翘、生地起凉血解毒之功。牙痛多责之于周火上攻,本方所治为风热上扰，故以疏风清热、凉血解毒法治之。
(按语]薄荷玄明散(《名医类案》),薄荷、硝石、没石子、青盐各60克，玄明粉、硼砂各3克，冰片2.1克。共研为极细末，牙痛时用少许搽痛处。

[功效]:育阴潜阳,养肝滋木,益气生津,理血止血。
[主治] :牙宣(齿衄)。症见牙龈出血不止,脉芤大而空,舌紫红,面色咣白者。
[方解] :方中石决明入肝经, 可清肝热;麦冬、玄参、白洋参养阴,益气,生津;阿胶、赤芍、茜草、藕节凉血止血; 龟板、牡蛎养肝滋木。本方重在益气养阴,养血止血,主要治疗气阴两虚所致气不摄血的牙龈出血。
