Hubble Network 成立于 2021 年 10 月，由 Alex Haro（Life360 联合创始人）、Ben Wild（Iotera 创始人）、John Kim（航天工程师）和后续加入的 Josh Barnes 共同创立。其目标是构建一个 “蓝牙卫星网络”，通过卫星群为全球低功耗蓝牙（BLE）设备提供实时数据连接，实现物联网（IoT）的全球覆盖。2024 年 1 月通过 SpaceX 的 Transporter-10 任务发射首批 4 颗卫星，计划未来两年半内扩展至 68 颗卫星，最终目标部署 300 颗卫星，连接全球 10 亿台设备。
