① 示波器的带宽是以正弦波幅度衰减－3dB 点为带宽定义的。

　　③ 在泰克的示波器中，有实时的处理电路完成所谓的正弦内插功能，在信号采集电路 部分完成。当然，很多示波器也是通过示波器的主处理器进行数学运算完成的，这个时候会 花比较多的时间。

　　④ 对于您测量的信号，恐怕使用 100MHz 的示波器是无法进行。50MHz 的方波，理论 上应该使用 450MHz 以上的示波器才能将信号中最重要的 9 次以下谐波准确重新，从而保 证波形不失真。更何况，您恐怕还要考虑信号上升时间的问题，理论上，示波器的上升时间 应该比信号快 5 倍以上。

　　⑤ 探头也一样，由于普通探头在测量高压的时候会产生高频失真的效应，您应该采用 特别的差分探头或者高压探头比如，泰克的 P5205，P5100 进行测量。
